Pastries can be preordered in limited quantities on the hotplate link. Sign up for email notifications on hotplate to be alerted of the drops each week.
Lines begin forming about 30 minutes before we open, and we have been selling out before noon daily so please take note especially if you are traveling far to come visit!
We do our best to keep our instagram @butter.and.crumble updated with our pastry availability everyday, answer phones for those wondering what we have left, and communicate with those in line.
Please know that we are working as hard as we can to get more help and amp up our production to keep up with the demand and help alleviate long wait times and selling out so quickly!

My dream bakery has always been an open kitchen so that you can see how our pastries, such a labor of love, are made. We were lucky enough to come into what used to be the beloved Tante Marie Cooking School, and decided to combine B&Cs personality with the gorgeous homey feel of the school. My vision was gorgeously brought to life by Kelsey Guarino, a talented designer starting her own interior design firm who worked within our tight budget to bring incredibly tasteful details into the space from the custom Zia tiled pastry case, to our retail shelving and antique bar cart, and our quartz pastry table and pink flair.
